Leigh Temsey, Au.D.

Leigh was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in speech and hearing science from The Ohio State University in 1995 and completed her master of arts degree in audiology at the University of Akron in 1997. Most recently, Leigh completed a clinical doctor of audiology degree from the A.T. Still University Arizona School of Health Sciences in March, 2007. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Ohio Academy of Audiology. Leigh has been serving as the treasurer of the Ohio Academy of Audiology for the last 1-1/2 years. She also is a committee chair for the Ohio Academy of Audiology Conference. Besides working at University Hearing Professionals full-time, Leigh works part-time in the Mt. Carmel/St. Ann’s health system as part of the newborn hearing screening program. Her special interests include diagnostics, hearing aid dispensing and newborn hearing screening.
