Julie Panzera
Julie Panzera is the Center's aesthetic skin care coordinator. She has trained aestheticians and medical staff in the Central Ohio area to properly use skin care products, chemical peels and makeup applications. After obtaining a B.S. degree from The Ohio State University Julie earned her certificate as a Managing Aesthetician from The Spa School in Columbus, Ohio. 
She has received extensive chemical peel and makeup application training nationwide and has worked for skin boutiques and day spas in Columbus. Julie is continuously expanding her skin care knowledge by attending nationwide classes and working with Dr. David Powell and Dr. Jeffrey Hall, the Center's Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeons.
Julie believes that for great looking skin, the patient must start with the best home care products available based on their skin issues. She will propose a skin care program for each patient based on their personal skin care concerns. Julie also works under the guidance of the physicians at OhioENT to care for the skin before and after all surgeries which may leave a healing scar.

David Powell, MD
Dr. Powell's expertise and interest is to provide solutions for the aging face through eyelid rejuvenations, face lifts, neck lifts, corrective nose and ear surgery, as well as injectables and fillers such as Botox, Restylane, Perlane and Juvéderm.
